These Terms of Service govern your use of the NEXUS DSP platform operated by VELLOX LTD (Company No. 17136312).
NEXUS DSP is a B2B intelligence platform for Amazon Delivery Service Partners. The platform provides performance analytics, operational intelligence, and service review tools based on data you upload.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for use by a single organisation.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the platform. VELLOX LTD does not claim ownership of your operational data. We process your data solely to provide the services described in this agreement.
You agree to use the platform only for legitimate business purposes related to DSP operations. You must not attempt to access other organisations' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
The platform offers a 14-day free trial with full premium access. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Pricing is available at nexusdsp.ai. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for data loss resulting from service interruptions.
The platform is designed with IR35 compliance in mind. All language, reports, and outputs use observational terminology consistent with contractor relationships. The platform does not create or imply employment relationships between DSPs and their delivery associates.
NEXUS DSP provides analytical tools and intelligence based on data you supply. We do not guarantee the accuracy of insights derived from uploaded data. Operational decisions remain solely your responsibility. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
